Kay Sohl has worked closely with CAPLAW and presented training on financial management challenges for Community Action Agencies throughout the country. This training will incorporate the changes in the 2024 Uniform Guidance, including the availability of the 15% de minimis rate and multiple techniques to build agency-wide budgets that incorporate multiple funding agreements and multiple award periods.
