This course will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be on your own.

IN-CAA has secured a contracted trainer with more than 15 years of experience delivering this course. The cost of the trainer is fully covered through IHCDA Department of Energy Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) funding.

Due to the commitment of bringing in an external trainer, we require a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation occurs with fewer than five days’ notice and we are unable to fill the vacated seat, your agency will be charged a $300 fee.

Participants are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to begin promptly at 8:00 a.m., and to remain for the full duration of the training until 4:30 p.m. No exceptions will be made.
