Preserving and protecting your information—and your rights as an employer—starts by having the right policies and procedures in place even before employment begins, as well as during employment, as you learn of their departure, and after employment is terminated. Your information, and your risk, also applies to those programs being performed by subgrantees. We’ll discuss key considerations to preparing not only your organization but your subgrantees.
