Each agency has a program manager who directs the weatherization activities at each individual agency.  This program manager or person assigned by the program manager will serve as the onsite proctor for the OSHA outreach training.  The attendees of the training must have their web cameras turned on for the entirety of the training in order to receive credit.  It is the duty of the onsite proctor to monitor consistent student attendance, and collect daily student sign-in sheets. The proctor's printed first and last name, and signature must appear on the sign-in sheets. At the conclusion of the training, please send sign-in sheets to the OSHA outreach trainer, Michael Hastings [email protected]

When students sign up for this OSHA outreach class via our registration website as part of their course confirmation email they will receive a digital link.  This link will contain all of the handouts for the class.  At this time students may also request to have the course material printed and mailed to them prior to the start date of the class.

In an effort to achieve, a similar experience to in-person training each student is required to have an audio and video presence in the class.  Being able to see and hear not only the instructor but also other students helps to facilitate interaction.  In addition, we will be utilizing the poll feature in Zoom to administer short five-question quizzes to ensure concepts.  These real-time learning checks will guide any review that needs to happen to ensure a complete understanding of the material presented.

This training is offered as a live class.  There will be no option to watch a recorded version.

NOTE: Any deviation from the above-stated conditions voids the training provider's (IN-CAA) agreement with OSHA and trainees will not receive credit for the course. OSHA 10 participants will need to coordinate training at the CAA with the program manager of that CAA. The program manager may designate any person they choose to be the onsite proctor. The proctor does not need to be from the weatherization department.

If you need assistance, please contact the OSHA outreach trainer, Michael Hastings by phone prior to the class start date.  Phone 317.755.7459
