WEATHERIZATION CLIENT EDUCATION This one day session provides a technical orientation to the weatherization program and process for agency staff members who typically don't have a technical background. It is aimed at those persons who have direct contact with the client before and after the services are delivered to them, such as outreach workers, receptionists and administrative assistants. The class also includes an overview of potentially useful client education materials from a wide variety of sources.
