RED CROSS CPR AND FIRST AID CPR and First Aid is a one day seminar directed to crews and contractors as well as office personnel. The first half of the day features a course in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and choking. Those successfully completing this course will receive certification by the Red Cross. The second half, which requires CPR certification as a prerequisite, is comprised of the standard Red Cross first aid course which includes a three year certification upon completion.
