INTRODUCTION TO NEAT SOFTWARE
This one-day class is intended to help Weatherization program staff get up and running with NEAT v 7.11. Released in Spring 2001, this is the first “Windows” version of the DOE National Energy Audit. Indiana’s Wx Measures Priority List is based on NEAT and there are many cases when it would be advantageous for an auditor to run NEAT on individual homes. This new version of NEAT also contains appliance data bases for refrigerators and water heaters.
