BUILDING PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE® CERTIFICATION In affiliation with BPI, INCAA offers Certification Assessment in three job classifications. These are: Building Technician I, Heating Technician I, and Building Analyst I. Certification Assessments will be conducted during each calendar quarter. Courses, which include training related to any of these classifications, are indicated in the descriptions of those courses offered by INCAA.
